Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You’re welcome to begin with a free 15-minute consultation, where we can talk briefly about what you’re looking for and see if working together feels like a good fit.
You can reach me by email or phone, and I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

There’s no expectation to know exactly what you want to work on before reaching out.
PAYMENT
I work with clients using private pay. A limited sliding scale may be available depending on your needs and my current availability, and fees are always discussed and agreed upon before the first session.
Sessions are typically 50–90 minutes and are paced thoughtfully to support the work we’re doing together.
