ABOUT ME

I approach therapy as a relational and somatic process, grounded in care, curiosity, and respect for each person’s pace. I believe meaningful change happens when there is enough safety and trust to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore what has shaped us over time.

My work is informed by trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approaches, and shaped by both my clinical training and lived experience. I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and completed my traineeship at the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy, where I worked with a diverse range of clients.

Originally from the East Coast, I now live and practice in San Francisco. I feel a strong connection to communities rooted in creativity, service, and social awareness, including artists, writers, and those engaged in meaningful social change. I am committed to offering an inclusive, affirming space for people of diverse identities, bodies, and lived experiences, and I approach this work with attention to the broader social and cultural contexts that shape our lives.
